Software Support & Implementer - Burnaby BC MillTech Inventory Management Solutions, a leading supplier of lumber inventory/sales and production software, is expanding and is looking to hire a someone to do end user support and implement the MillTech Lumber Inventory Sales and Production System. Candidates must have worked at a wood products company and implemented or supported or has been a power user of a lumber inventory system. We are looking to fill a senior position with an individual who has worked with lumber inventory systems. The implementer’s responsibilities include: Evaluating client’s business and IT needs. Doing Business Process reviews. Implementation managing which includes defining and executing on implementation plans and documenting and reporting on project status Provide training and end-user support. Day to day support of the end users. The position of implementer is both challenging and satisfying as you will be instrumental in assisting our client’s make changes and improvements to their businesses by assisting them in their implementation of the MillTech Inventory, Sales & Production System. Some Technical knowledge is a plus but not mandatory including: Experience with in-the-mill mobile data collection. Some accounting knowledge is a plus but not mandatory. MillTech is Burnaby, BC based company. The Candidate may work from home but can also work out of the MillTech Burnaby office. We pay well and offer an excellent benefits package. Some travel is required. Probably a week every second month. MillTech is a leading supplier of wood products inventory systems to the North American market.
